The new, six-story LINDBERGH office building is located at the intersection of Zurich and the world. Easily accessible from the Zurich Airport and the highway, one of the most important financial centers of the world provides connections to all major destinations.


All LINDBERGH business center tenants can take advantage of the following services directly in-house: Coop Supermarket, Coop Vitality, "Rice & Tea" Asian restaurant and the Clever Fit gym.

Doing business in the LINDBERGH includes all the extras. The elegant and tasteful architectural design by Stücheli Architects integrates minimalist design elements in a concise and expressive style. The modular facade reflects contemporary aesthetics: economy, efficiency and environmental sustainability.


The office areas allow a variety of layouts and styles. Offices are flooded with daylight thanks to an atrium and an optimal width. With a total 10,000 m2 (107,600 square feet) of office space, each floor has 2,000 m2 (21,500 square feet) of space available. The smallest available unit is 358 m2 (3,853 square feet).

The layout and facilities can be configured to meet your requirements. Choose a design based on open spaces, team or individual offices for flexible structures to suit your organizational needs, your company philosophy and your corporate design. Four stairways connect the five office floors, which also include elevators and restroom facilities. A shower facility on the ground floor is also available.

Lindbergh was built according to “Minergie” standards (certification initiated). All office floors are available in a basic (Building Shell 2) configuration or can be designed and completed by our partners according to your needs. Naturally, the LINDBERGH provides the full range of technical installations: double floors allow uncluttered installation of electrical, telecommunications and computer cable lines. Fiber optic networks provide for efficient data flow and a wireless local area network (WLAN) offers wireless Internet connections in all rooms. In addition, the LINDBERGH was built on “Minergie” energy-efficient building standards. Finally, underground parking and storage areas are available in the below-ground levels.
